  5. PROPOSAL EVALULATION CRITERIA • A. Background, Experience and Qualifications of Prime Firm and Key Sub-Consultants (40 points) • B. Proposed Management Plan (20 points) • C. Teams’ Experience with San Antonio Region Issues and past experience with City of San Antonio contracts (20 points) • D. SBEDA – Prime Contract Program (20 points)

  6. Submission Instructions • Review Section VI • Total of six (7) Proposals • One (1) unbound original and Adobe PDF (CD) or USB • Submittals due February 28, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. • City Clerk’s Office: City Hall, 1st Floor • No Late Submittals will be accepted

  7. Amendments TO RFQ • Responses to Questions during the pre-submittal meeting are non-binding until posted by Amendment on the City’s Website below • Pre-Submittal Meeting Agenda and Sign-In Sheet will be posted on the following site: • (http://epay.sanantonio.gov/RFPListings)

  8. Restriction on COMMUNICATIONS • Respondents may ask questions concerning this RFQ at the Pre-Submittal Conference • Written Questions via-email due by 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 7, 2017
