  2. Session Objectives • To discuss current problems handling learning and development for the LKA group. • To propose possible solutions to these problems • To highlight the benefits of the solutions

Keeping track of trainings cancellations changes etc. • Document forwarding, documents sending and tracking etc. • Employees on the move returning these documents • Inability to reach the people outside Lagos to properly develop them • Loss of knowledge and skills gained from the external trainings • Knowledge within from management not properly used and exploited • Proper orientations for our new staff to help them learn and grow faster • Support for our employees with personal issues and concerns on development • Other communication issues such as Policy Communication, DYK series Problems
