Overview: Request for Qualification • Process to follow Indiana Public Works Design-Build Law[IC 5-30] • Project is not subject to Common Wage Rates • Caveats: • Madison County is not responsible for any expenses incurred by a Design-Builder in preparing and submitting information in response to this “Request for Qualification/ RFP.” • Madison County reserves the right to terminate the process at any time prior to execution of an agreement between Owner and Design-Builder without obligation to the Design-Builder.
