  3. Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) • Participation is required as condition of Title IV eligibility • Approximately 9900 institutions participate • Institutional data submitted via Web-based form or file upload • Keyholders • State Coordination Structures

Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Unit Record System Proposal Summary Collect IPEDS student data through individual student unit records, in place of the current institutional aggregate reports (enrollment, completions, graduation rates, and student financial aid). NCES will generate and report existing aggregate IPEDS institutional data using unit records.
