MX Parent Survival Kit Track meets can become long days..for less stress and better enjoyment, please pack the following: Comfortable lawn or beach chairs Sunscreen Hand Sanitizer and/or wipes Toilet tissue (for “out house” usage) Cooler (with athlete in mind): Gatorade, sports water, plain water, etc. (please stay away from sodas and sugary drinks for the athletes!!) Fruit Sandwich (of any kind) Snacks (please stay away from the “flaming hot” and/or spicy choices for the athletes!!) Reading material (for parents) Any gameboys, cd players, etc. SHOULD BEPROPERLYLABELEDwith athletes name Plenty of time to have a lot of fun…….
