Tips for success • Wait till the baby is six months old at least and ready to sit in high chair so that he/ she can enjoy the weaning food given •Begin with soft foods first •Consider the nutrition intake •Make the child sit with adults and eat •Continue to give milk for a few months more • Child won’t need weaning food three times a day, so start with one meal that suits the baby and you both

You can find tasty solid food for babies, with cocoa solids which can add taste to the babies’ food. The gluten free cereals with cocoa solids are a good healthy choice for babies.
