My Brand at RBC Financial is: “US Banking/Treasury Management Expert” My job is in the National Division. I work with RBC Canada to bring Treasury Services to subs of Canadian Parents in the US.

So treat every interaction as kind of a precious moment in time.” • Project the Brand you want to be… • If you want to be a manager…look and act the part. • Is the brand still relevant? • Make sure you inspect your brand on a regular basis. • Do you want to be the “go to” person for something that is out of favor?
Can you change your Brand? • Yes…. Once you find that your Brand is not working…go to mentor and for a self analysis.
