  35. A RESOURCE I’m aging at home I’m 68 years old and recently retired. I love my home and my neighborhood. I can walk or take a bus for shopping and I have friends nearby. Before I retired I remolded my bathroom so it’s totally accessible and at The same time very stylish, no one sees how accessible it is until I point it out. I also expanded the deck outside my kitchen door and eliminated a step down. I built a vegetable planter that is high enough so I don’t have to bend to work with the plants. Stadler &
