  2. Patience Patience As you know many great leaders have to know when is the right time and patiently wait tell than. I fell I need to further my self in this category.

  3. Pride Pride Pride is a an important part of doing anything no one wants to follow the guy how doesn’t even care about what he is doing

  4. Intelligence Intelligence Intelligence is probable something I really need to work on the most I have made a lot of mistakes that a person with better intelligence just wouldn't have made.

  5. Experience Experience Everyone needs some type of experience before they do anything to lead someone who has more experience in the matter than you do wouldn’t be the ideal situation. I know I need to learn a bit more about a lot of things.

  6. Reliable Reliability Is probable one of the most important traits I would need in order to be a good leader. I wouldn't want to do anything with someone you could not rely on.

  7. Honest Honesty I try to be an honest guy but some time it doest always show and ends up resulting in negative consequences; exposing a lack of leadership.

  8. Creativity Creativity You really don’t wont a leader who isn't all that creative and when things seem to go wrong they don’t know what to do. Their has been many situations were I had absolute rigidity; and I the future I need to realize there is in most cases more than one way to do things.

  9. Calm Calm This might just be me but I don’t want a person who is always freken out all the time. I really don’t do this and this may be the one leadership trait I actually have.

  10. Consistency Consistency I'm probably the least consistent person and need to work on it more than anything else. This is very important in a leader; in the since that if it you were constantly doing jobs or anything that required a leader I wouldn’t want some one who was good some of the times.

  11. Communication Communication I am the worst at communicating and very much need to work on this, in order to be a leader. Communication helps us better understand things around us.

  12. Empathy Empathy Creating a good report with your collogues in order to prevent personal issues from creeping up and corrupting the group.

  13. Focus Focus Very important that the leader stays focused on the objective. I tend to have trouble focusing and lose track of what I was or am suppose to be doing and really need to work on that

  14. Positivity Positivity Is kind of important to a leader for the fact that no one wants to be lead by a negative person. I tend to be very negative and really need to work on “being more positive”.

  15. Self-Awareness Is very important to any leader in order to no one strengths and weaknesses in order to effectively lead . Self-Awareness
