Belief in Angels Fatima Mahmoud
Angles are one Allah's creations and are made of light. Unlike humans who were created with the ability to make their own decisions (freewill), they were created for the sole purpose of carrying out the exact instructions of Allah (SWT). Although angels are invisible to us as humans, some can actually appear in human form occasionally. Introduction
1. Jibril- brought the Quran to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) • 2. Israfil- the one that blows the trumpet to announce the end of the world • 3. Munkar and Nakir- question the dead in their graves • And of course there are many more that we do not know of. Different angels have different roles;
Many Muslims believe that two angels on their shoulders record every action they do no matter how great or small it may be so that it is used for evidence on the day of judgement along with Allah's knowledge • Angels are important to Muslims as they are creations of Allah and they carry out Allah's commands obediently and them being mentioned in the Quran increases their importance too.
