  1. A 17-year-old girl has been arrested following a "grossly offensive" comment made on Facebook after the death of a schoolboy. South Wales Police said the arrest was part of an investigation into a post relating to the sudden death of a 15-year-old boy. The boy, who has not been formally identified, was found dead off Gower Road in Sketty, Swansea, on Thursday. Girl arrested over death comment Officers were called to the area, near Olchfa Comprehensive School, which the boy is believed to have attended, at 9.30am. The death is being treated as "unexplained" but police do not believe it is suspicious. A force spokesman said: "A 17-year-old female from South Wales was arrested on Saturday afternoon as part of an investigation into a grossly offensive Facebook comment relating to the sudden death of a 15-year-old male from Sketty, Swansea. "She was questioned and released on police bail pending further enquiries. Officers are not looking for anybody else in relation to this matter. "The public are reminded about their responsibilities to keep comments on social media within the law. Offensive posts can cause great distress and harm to those individuals and families who are targeted at very distressing times in their lives." The 17-year-old was arrested under Section 127 of the Communications Act, which prohibits sending a message of a matter that is grossly offensive.
