  4. How do I get access to the AVL? • A user ID and password may be set up for free through the Mobile Public Library.

  5. To access the site: • Go to http://www.avl.lib.al.us

  6. Choose a database • You can choose by: • age group • Topic • Specific database

  7. Choose college or university for teacher resources. • Choose your source to search.

  8. EBSCO Host • This is a good place for adults to search for full text articles and information. • You can choose which databases to use.

  9. Choose your options. • Full text • Publication • Expanded search

  10. Choose from your results.
