2. Speakers Agenda Det. Brian Mize has been with the Chesterfield, Missouri Police Department since 1996. He is currently a detective assigned to the Regional Computer Crime Education and Enforcement Group (RCCEEG). Det. Mize is a computer forensic examiner with RCCEEG and a Special Federal Officer with the FBI Cyber Crime Unit. Det. Mize holds a B.A. in Biology from St. Louis University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University. Det. He is currently assigned to the Cyber Crime squad with responsibility for investigating Criminal Cyber Crimes to include Internet Fraud, Online Gambling and Criminal Computer Intrusion. Prior to his current assignment, he has investigated White Collar Crime for over 11 years and specialized in the investigation of Bank Fraud matters. SA Rizi was the case agent on the BetonSports investigation which seized over $83 million and shut down one of the largest offshore gambling enterprises. Carrie Costantinreceived her A.B.  from Harvard University in 1983 and her J.D. from University of Chicago Law School in 1986.  She was an assistant St. Louis County prosecutor for thirteen years and was the head of the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence units for six years.  She has been an assistant U.S. attorney for nine years.  She is currently the Project Safe Childhood coordinator. Dr. Sal Cira “Sal” served twenty-five years with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Retired from the police department in 1999 and joined the Drug Enforcement Administration as an Intelligence Analyst for three years but after “9-11”, took a position with the United States Attorney’s Office with the Eastern District of Missouri as an analyst, working in the National Security Division. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Louis University in Criminal Justice and Public Administration, a Master’s Degree from Webster University in Management Theory and Practice and a Doctorate Degree from Webster University in Management Theory and Practice. Donya M. Jackson has been in Federal Law Enforcement for approximately 10 years serving as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service and the Library of Congress.  She is currently a Criminal Investigator with the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Missouri and assigned to investigate child exploitation violations. KathiAlizadehreceived her journalism degree from the University of Missouri in 1982 and obtained her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1985. She has been with the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office since 1988, and has handled sex and child abuse crimes since 1991. She is currently the head of the Child Abuse/Sex Crimes/Domestic Violence Units and supervises fifteen other attorneys in those units.
