  3. PeopleTools Upgrade 8.53 • Production start March 21 @ 5pm • Validation on March 22 • Begins when upgrade is CMS is completed

  4. Portal Upgrade 8.53 • Production upgrade March 18 @ 8pm • Complete by 12midnight • No functional changes; only cosmetic changes

  5. MP 11.03/12.00/12.01 • Testing to complete by March 18 in HADHSTG • Production on March 25 @ 8pm

  6. TouchNet Upgrade • Upgrade TouchNet 6.5 production March 11 (Today) – in progress • To be completed by end of today

  7. CFS 9.2 Upgrade • Pass 3 validation and acceptance testing in progress • Upgrade Production Apr 25th • Post Go-Live system validation - TBD

  8. Email Upgrade • Microsoft Exchange upgrade begin April 1 • Upgrading to Exchange 2013 • More storage space http://www4.csudh.edu/it/services/email/exchange2013/index

  9. Other Project Updates • CHRS • On hold per CMS • Absence Management • Go-Live date revised to October 2014 • Data Warehouse • Completed dashboards in development • Production servers being built • Production go-live in April 2014
