  2. Pt141 or Bremelanotide is developed from Melanotan II. It is a new drug that treats sexual dysfunction on both men and women. Melanotan II and PT 141 are said to good aphrodisiacs when it comes to clinical sense. The Melanotan II is the variant of a peptide hormone that was produced to stimulate melanogenesis which is known as the alpha-Melanocyte stimulating hormone. PT 141, on the other hand, had created a reputation as the only effective synthetic aphrodisiacs that are available in the market.
