  1. HRReception Close Wednesday 20th April 2011 due to refurbishment. Programmed to re-open on Monday 6th June 2011. Very limited access for visitors. Drop off box available for documents.

  2. HR Reception Staff Registration • Online staff registration for all new staff recruited via Rome. • Exceptions being named researchers, PGTA’s and casuals. • Signed contracts should be returned via post (we will be considering electronic signatures in the future).

  3. HR Reception Staff Registration • Ensure that Rome status is updated to ‘Conditional Offer Accepted’: • Triggers an email to the new starter requesting them to complete the staff registration. • Opens the staff registration area on Rome allowing the new starter to input their bank, tax and pension details.
