  3. Objectives • 1. To provide information to migrant workers so they can make informed decision (within 6 months) • 2.To organize liaison office to promote the quality of work and life of migrant workers in GMS both in sending and host countries (future)

  4. Service of Liaison Office • 1. To give migration workers basic information about their rights

  5. Service of Liaison Office • 2.To be the center of receiving any complaint about their job or relevant issues.

How tomanage • 1.To provide information through the liaison office in the host countries through many channels • --How to get job • --how to protect themselves • --where to get advise and legal assistance • --contact number • --information about labour law and immigration law • --traditional customs

  7. Coordinate with • 1.All Recruitment Agencies both sending and host countries • 2.All migration offices both sending and host countries • 3. All labors Protection offices in host countries • 4. All employers offices in host countries • 5. Through websites • 6.Through newspaper ,radio ,and television in host countries

  8. Action plan for information • 1.Collect and share information • About: living wages, living conditions, occupations and place • Brainstorm a message to migrants in the GMS • Jan – Mar • All members of team
