  2. Getting Started: RFQ 2.0 • RFQ 2.0 is available at www.te.com under My Account.

  3. Features and Benefits of Enhancements for RFQ2.0 • TE Pricing Team comments on Quote Inquiry Screen - TE Pricing Team comments will appear on the Quote Inquiry Screen when you expand the + sign. • Comments Indicator on the View Quote screen - Comment indicator will be displayed for any line items on a quote that have TE pricing comments. 3. On all request types – the Requestor Information screen and Quote Information screen has been combined into one screen. Reduced the number of steps it takes to enter a quote request. • Progress Bar has a new look and more clearly indicates the steps you have completed. • At the Add Parts screen – all request types – uploading of spreadsheet is through a link and pop-up menu. Screen has been condensed for better viewing.

  4. Quote Inquiry Screen In the Quote Inquiry Screen you can Click the + to – And see the Comments From the TE Pricing Team.

  6. Comments Indicator on Quote Detail Screens This is looking at a specific quote with PN detail. A Blue Icon will appear if there are comments on a specific line item Click on the + for additional information

  7. When expanding the quote to see comments, click on the Comments Section

  8. New Look on Progress Bar - QTE reduced from 5 steps to 4

  9. Combined Requestor Information and Quote Information screens for QTE.

  10. For Non-QTE requests – Steps reduced from 6 to 5

  11. Requestor Information does not show until expanded to save space Your contact name Email and phone Are hidden as this was rarely changed. However You can expand the information By clicking on the + sign beside Requestor Information to view And update any Personal information.

  12. Requestor Information screen Expanded This is a Example of Non-QTE request And the Requestor Screen is expanded By clicking on the + sign

  13. Eliminate White Space on Add Parts Screen Information is moved to the top of the screen

  14. Both Non-QTE and QTE have Upload Spreadsheet as an Overlay
