Background • Delivering the Productive Series since 2008 • Ward: 625 staff, 13 wards, 335 beds • Community: 120 staff, 2 services • TPOT: 180 Staff, 8 Operating Theatres • Total 925 staff directly trained - 33% of the Provider Arm • Does not include staff indirectly involved, estimate much higher

Consumer rep…. • Sustainability will be dependent upon: • Efficient and effective leadership • Continued positive feedback for all staff • Consistent upskilling of all new staff • Ensuring that procedures set in place by the programme are followed and are able to be sustained • That programmes are not allowed to stagnate • The recording and data should have a purpose and not be time consuming an unnecessary- The programme is called “Releasing Time to Care”!
