Consumer rep…. • Sustainability will be dependent upon: • Efficient and effective leadership • Continued positive feedback for all staff • Consistent upskilling of all new staff • Ensuring that procedures set in place by the programme are followed and are able to be sustained • That programmes are not allowed to stagnate • The recording and data should have a purpose and not be time consuming an unnecessary- The programme is called “Releasing Time to Care”!
