  2. Information Technology ENGAGED PROJECT IN THIS MONTH • Set up AP for Agency Office • Set up VOIP for The World Building • Set updata center of Can Tho Office • Develop the BCS (Business Core System)

Information Technology Set up AP for Agency Office • We have already installed the wireless AP for all agency office (include HCM, Hanoi and DaNang), and agents can access Internet by wireless AP. • We will make the user guide for agents and teach AO how to setup wireless network. • The password of every AP is 2556699170.

  4. Information Technology Set up VOIP for The World Building • We have two methods to dial network telephone: The first one is to use lease line.

  5. Information Technology Set up VOIP for The World Building (cont.) • The second method is to use VOIP Gateway (pass through Internet).

  6. Information Technology Set up data center of Can Tho Office • We have already received quotations of PC, Printer, Scanner, UPS, Network device and PBX system for Can Tho Office. • We have finished the schedule of Can Tho Office • Now we negotiate price for every device.

Information Technology Develop the BCS (Business Core System) • Install the automatic upload function for creating the employee ID. • Revisethe Budget System: apply 3 PCR to modify 4programs, and continue to test system. • Add new batch program of salary for IVB format form, so we can save time which agency administration dept. pass the data to IVB. • Install the function of print batch invoice for add riderof POS.

  8. Information Technology Develop the BCS (Cont.) • Modify the query condition for call out list: we excludethe modification of issued case after UWto prevent duplicate calls. • Develop the system of raffle activity for happy kids.

Information Technology PLANING PROJECT FOR NEXT MONTH • Discharge and charge UPS battery for maintenance. • Check and maintain chiller machine. • Set up the data center of Can Tho office. • Continue to develop and test Budget System. • Install the salary calculation on-line for agents. • Develop the Approval System. • Install the web page of happy kids activity to B2C.
