Blue Badge Off-Street • UK Off-Street Disabled Parking Study- Why • The purpose of the study is to gain a better understanding of the provision, allocation, use, abuse and enforcement of disabled parking spaces in off-street public car parks across the UK in order to improve disabled parking facilities.
