Campus Purdue’s campus is divided into two halves – the academic side, and the residential side • The academic side has almost all the classrooms and labs located on campus • The residential side has most of the dorms and almost all the food courts Academic Campus Residential Campus Generally Unimportant

  3. Residential Campus • Dorm Lobbies • Play ping-pong, air hockey, or pool with friends, or watch something on the TVs Places to Relax • Co-Rec • Go here as often as you can – seriously

  4. Residential Campus Places to Study • Dorm Lobbies • Your dorm lobby is a great place to get work done if you can’t concentrate in your room

  5. Academic Campus Places to Study • HSSE Library (in Stewart Center) • 2nd floor is dead quiet 24/7, good place for serious study • Hicks Undergraduate Library (next to Stewart Center) • More popular but still a good study spot, more seats and computers

  6. Academic Campus Places to Relax • PMU • Plenty of places to sit, get food, or just relax until your next class • Fountains • Very relaxing place to hang out outside when it’s warm

  7. Other Tips • Always give yourself enough time to walk across campus • Don’t study in your dorm room • Actually study!!! • Get plenty of sleep • Take time off to have fun
