Sanjiv Kathuria, the man behind the exuberant success in TNT’s sales & marketing, has been with the company since 2002. He is responsible for delivering accelerated growth, revenue and ensuring profitability of the Air Express Businesses.Besides this he is also responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies and has been instrumental in doubling TNT India’s revenues and ensuring a consistent growth of 25% year on year. Sanjiv has also been instrumental in building the Life Sciences business at TNT from scratch and his sales and marketing strategies and customer centric CS strategies have helped TNT win prestigious awards such as “TPG Masters” as well as “The Economic Times Avavya Customer Responsiveness award”. Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, Sanjiv has over 2 decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & General Management. A high flier in his field, his skills and expertise encompass various aspects of Sales & Marketing such as Retail Channel Sales, Direct Sales and Brand Management Prior to joining TNT, Sanjiv headed the sales team for reputable brands such as BPL Telecom, Sterling Holiday Resorts and HCL-Hewlett Packard Limited. From telecom, resorts, office automation, IT (Hardware) to Express his skills and expertise encompass various aspects of Sales & Marketing such as Retail Channel Sales, Direct Sales and Brand Management.
