I applied the strong values that founded my business, but in a different way.  We discovered that health coaching is a very personal choice.  Health coaching demands a very personal marketing approach.  So The Health Coach Group evolved to help coaches find their own clients and to help them impress the pants off those clients once they do. How do we do that? We developed a registry that introduces coaches to clients in a more personal way.  We give coaches the tools we found necessary in building a more professional business. Tools like branding tips and customization tricks to make them stand out. 8. “What is the 3-6-9-12 month program?” This program can easily be broken down into 3, 6, 9 or 12 months of sessions with your clients. There are 24 modules, all set up to keep your client accountable, goal oriented and focused. You will be able to provide these beautiful modules to your client in advance of your meeting and be able to focus all your attention on coaching and listening. This is sold separately, or available through Inner Circle Membership.

9. What does the program cover? The program begins as a very mainstream program to meet your client where they are. With Goal setting, journaling and accountability as the beginning modules to get your client off on the right foot. The next 3 sessions are basic information on nutrition, portions and exercise. Each quarter begins and ends with goals, tracking and assessment. There is plenty of primary food coverage in the 12 months, including environment, self care, assertiveness, relationships and traveling and eating out with healthy lifestyle choices. The topics here are introductory and have some fun exercises toward discovery. The first 12 months are meant to lay the groundwork to more specific work in specialty add on modules for nutrition.

How is The Health Coach Groups 3-6-9-12 different than the first 6 month program? • The 12 month program is 6 months longer (the most obvious) • It is easily broken down into 3-6-9 and 12 month programs • as well as interchanging modules • The biggest change is that it is a little more mainstream. • We start out with goal setting, • journaling and tracking progress, • nutrition (my plate and portions), exercise • we don't really get into too much in the way of lifestyle changes outside nutrition and exercise until the 4th month. • There were some requests for inflammation, sugar, addictions, stress,.....we took all the feedback into account and did our own 12 month program that is getting raves! This is more of a guide through coaching instead of handouts. It is easily adjustable too, so you can guide it. The best part! We are going to be able to slide specialties into it and focus on specialties like diabetes, food intolerance, addictions, women, men...etc. FAQ’s Can I purchase the specialty modules separately? The specialty and supplemental nutrition and exercise programs are not sold separately, they are available only to Inner Circle Members.
