Charges • Disseminate analyses and syntheses of research to IRC members • Develop networks within Illinois of researchers with similar interests • Work with teachers, state personnel, researchers, and other relevant parties to identify problems and issues which should be studied • Serve as the “research arm” of the IRC with responsibility for preparing “white papers.”
