Bring In Help (…With An Accounting Background) • Hire/Engage assistance from assertive, independent and fearless individual(s) with great Excel skills • Make sure data-entry is paired with analytic skills • Get familiar with Portfolio Manager terminology before data entry • Take full building tour and collect building info from blueprints, work closely with ‘building chiefs’ • Gross Floor Area, Weekly Operating Hours, Number of Computers, etc. • SEE Building Questionnaire, Slide 8

Involve a Facilitator • Facilitator will drive consensus around priorities, communicate with team members outside of meetings, set meetings/agendas. • Facilitator will be a contact point for external partners • Facilitator can work across ‘silos’ (UW-Extension Community, Natural Resources and Economic Development Educators are a great resource!)
