Paul, Stephan & Apostle’s Faith Was Tried By Persecutions • Christians are put to the most sever tests – 2 Tim 3:12; 1 Cor 10:13 • Paul was tried by persecutions – 2 Tim 3:10-11; Acts 13:50; 14:5; 14:19; Rom 8:28 • Stephan was tried unto death – Acts 7:58-60 • The apostles and thousands of other saints have been tried – Heb 11

  3. Job Was Severely Tried • Was a good man; there was none like him on the earth – Job 1:1, 8; 2:3 • Devils first attempt to over throw him – Job 1:11-12 • Second try – Job 2:3-7 • Even his wife turned against him – Job 2:9-10
