  3. How to Screen Capture - Mac • Apple computers • Command/Shift/3 takes a “picture” of entire screen • Command/Shift/4 allows user to select portion of the screen

  4. How to Screen Capture - Mac • Apple computers • Captures are sent to the desktop as picture (.png) files • Insert images in any other file

  5. How to Screen Capture - PC • PC computers • Alt/PrtSc - Picture of window saved to Clipboard • Paste into document (ex.Word or PowerPoint) • Double click on image and crop • Drag image to desktop to save as .jpeg
