  14. Start Up Volume • All clients active as of 7/1/2009 to be entered into PSDCRS • All intake records must use PSDCRS data elements and values • May submit until 10/30 (Online) or batch due 10/10 • BH: Restrict to “Essential” elements • TFC: All intake elements
