PSDCRS Overview: What is PSDCRS? • DCF’s new data and reporting solution for community-based programs across DCF Mandate Areas • Vendor: Corporation for Standards & Outcomes • Data: Program Outcomes and Activities • Purpose: Program & Contract Management • Data Entry: Web-based Online or Batch plus Online
System Requirements • High Speed Internet • Windows & Internet Explorer • User Training And Authorized Access
Phase 1 Implementation • Behavioral Health Programs • Child Focused Programs • Parent Focused Programs • Therapeutic Foster Care • Siblings • Medically Complex • Siblings
Reporting & PSDCRS • Real-time Data “Snapshot” Of A Client’s Progress • Tracks Care Over Time Across Multiple Agencies • Statewide, Program, Provider Or Project Specific Reporting
Key System Structures • Project = Provider (Fiduciary, “Direct”) x Program x Site • Family & Children’s Aid x IICAPS x Danbury • Subcontractor example: • CHR,Village X TFC X Hartford • All Projects must be registered in system
Key System Structures • Client Matching (Online) • Enter client name, sex, DOB – system returns list of possible clients • Matching is WITHIN Provider to maintain client confidentiality

Start Up Volume • All clients active as of 7/1/2009 to be entered into PSDCRS • All intake records must use PSDCRS data elements and values • May submit until 10/30 (Online) or batch due 10/10 • BH: Restrict to “Essential” elements • TFC: All intake elements
PSDCRS Access Permissions • Provided upon completion of training • Logins given to both Online and Batch providers
