Learn how to schedule your courses online using MyPlan. Follow the steps to add or delete courses, enter course ID numbers, and choose alternate elective requests. Lock your course requests once you're satisfied.

Online Scheduling Instructions Mesa Verde Middle School
…Go directly to https://myplan.powayusd.com/ Log on to MyPlan using your Novell username & password
Once you are in your MyPlan account, Click on the box that says “Synergy Student Portal”
To ADD or DELETE courses, select the button that says “Click here to change course requests”.
DO NOT SEARCH BY COURSE TITLE! • Locate the Course ID numbers on your CRF for your 1st choice • Enter the Course ID number • Click “Search Courses”.
Mark the dot for “Request” and then click “Click here to move selected requests to Selected Course Requests”
Your 1st choice elective request is now in “Selected Course Requests” *Reminder: if your 1st choice has two course IDs i.e. Exploratory, you must enter both codes.
Two Semester Long Courses have two codes. To add the second code follow the previous steps on Slide 8 and 9.
Choose two additional electives as “Alternate Elective Requests” Enter the course ID and click “Search Courses”
Mark the dot “Alternate” and click on “Click here to move selected requests to Selected Course Requests” *Repeat to add an additional alternate elective request
All of your elective requests are now entered. Click on “Click here to return to course request summary”
You should now have your first choice under “Selected Course Requests” and your second and third choice under “Alternate Elective Requests”.
When you are completely satisfied with your choices, click on “Lock Course Requests” *Once you have locked your course requests you will NOT be able to make further changes.
