Another rooftop club lounge discovered! Many of you may be familiar with the Singapore-based luxury dining and nightlife establishment, CÉ LA VI. Although I still think it’s highly overrated, but I gotta admit it has the best unimpeded views of Singapore city skyline. Apart from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Colombo, CÉ LA VI has now expanded into the heart of Kuala Lumpur, found on the 37th floor of a multi-faceted Sky Terrace in Menara Ilham, offering 360º views of KL cityscape.

Although I still think it’s highly overrated, but I gotta admit it has the best unimpeded views of Singapore city skyline. Apart from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Colombo, CÉ LA VI has now expanded into the heart of Kuala Lumpur, found on the 37th floor of a multi-faceted Sky Terrace in Menara Ilham, offering 360º views of KL cityscape. Mr Gadget and I were here to meet my friend, Liz for Friday happy hour drinks, who also told us about this place. At that time of hour, the indoor lounge was still absorbing natural lights and showed off the colours of its tasteful and sexy interior – emerald-green stools, scarlet-red wall panels with images of tattooed geishas, and gold oriental ornaments contrasting against a black background. When night comes, the indoor lounge will transform into a club where it turns dark and the bar will gleam in brightness of gold. The outdoor was great that evening, with cool breeze blowing from after the rain. Thankfully it stopped before we arrived, so we could sit at the outdoor lounge to watch the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. I didn’t think it had the best view though since the sight of the twin towers were interrupted by another skyscraper. Only one out of the 2 towers was visible from here. WWW.MISSGETABOUT.COM
