Questions And Answers How many different types of mould grew on your bread? I had four different types of mould grow on my bread. How do you know they were different types of mould? I know because of the colors and the way the mould looked like. Some was grey and puffy , while the others types were colors like yellow, black and green. Why do you think it was important to cap the bottle loosely? Maybe because mould needs air to grow and if the cap was tight, there wouldn’t be air circulating around the bottle.
Conclusion I found out that doesn’t grow very quickly and it can grow into various different colors and sizes. It takes a couple of days to start to grow. I also found out that mould NEEDS air to grow.
