4. Mouth A river letting out into the sea My definition: The end of a river. Definition: Were a river meets a lake valley or ocean

5. Deposition Definition: The process in which water, wind, or ice build up the earth’s surface by dropping sediment in new locations. My Definition: When the elements move sediment in new locations. Theses are pictures of depotion

6. River Definition: A body of flowing water that empties into an ocean, valley, lake,or another river Definition: A very big stream A picture of a river

7. Riverbank This is a riverbank. My Definition: The edges of a river. Definition: The sides of a river

8. Riverbed This is a dried up river. My definition: The bed of a river Definition: The bottom of a river.

9. Sediment This is the ground(sediment). My definition: Small Natural materials like rock moved by the elements Definition Materials, such as sand, silt, soil, and rocks, that have been carried along and deposited by water, wind, or ice.

10. Slope A slope of a hill. Definition: The inclined surface of a hill or mountain. My definition: The side of a hill.
