Nova Productions • Nova Production is a Chinese entertainment and medium enterprise company that was founded in early 2010 in Shanghai. NOVAcn has three founders all experienced in the art of organizing large scale house, techno and trance parties worldwide before creating this company and our aim is to organize the largest dance/electronic music events across China hitting the hottest music spots in China. • Today Nova Production is one of the largest dance organizers in China, having to represent some of the biggest brands in the European dance scene such as MINISTRY OF SOUND and DEFECTED IN THE HOUSE. • Events organized by the company include Ministry of Sounds 4 Seasons: concept created by Nova’s crew and running across China with thousands of attendants in Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhouwith over 3000 attendants in each city. • There are 4 editions of the 4Seasons in different cities. The first one was organized in Shanghai last November 2011 with 4 different areas including laser shows, fireworks, acrobats and theaters along with 7 local and international staring DJS. • On February 24th and 25th that same event took place in Beijing and Hangzhou as a joined venture with local based promotion companies. • Our aim is to create and meet new destinations bringing this unique experience to the public in Chengdu, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Hong Kong along with Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou!
MoS • MOS is the world’s leading dance brand and event founded in the UK over 15 years ago and touring successfully Europe, North America, Central America, South America, Australia and brought by Nova Production to China. • The MoS clubs in London, Egypt, Malaysia was ranked in the top 10 best clubs in the world by • DJ MAG magazine. • Some more facts for the brand: • Ministry of Sound has a global network of international labels including dedicated offices in Australia, Europe, United States and now China. Its record label was first established in 1995 with the release of The Annual, a compilation album of various dance music tracks mixed by UK DJs Boy George and Pete Tong. The Annual went on to sell over 160,000 copies and paved the way for a now-global label with over 50 million dance albums and singles sold to date, award winning music videos from artists like Eric Prydz and Benny Benassi and continuing sales of over 4 million copies per annum. • Imprint label Data Records, created to house Ministry of Sound’s more commercial dance music single releases, has enjoyed a string of number 1, Top 5 and Top 10 hits across the globe since its inception in 1999. Recent releases include Eric Prydz's "Pjanoo" and Kid CudivsCrookers' "Day 'n' Nite", both of which hit the #2 spot in the UK Singles Chart. • Aside from this, Ministry of Sound run 600 international events per year which span across the world. Events range in size from intimate 500 capacity spaces to a yearly European Festival in Malta, which is 5000 capacity. Annually these events are attended by up to 600,000 clubbers. • Ministry of Sound runs a number of different touring sub-brands which comprise of main touring property MoS World Tour, and compilation branded tours: Addicted to Bass, Clubbers Guide, Dubstep, Housexy, R&B Anthems, Anthems II, Dance Nation. 4 Seasons • 4 seasons emerged as the vehicle to convey the MoS brand to the people of China. The concept allows us to maximize impact by targeting China’s most important cities 4 times a year. • The past four projects have attracted between 2500-3000 people both Chinese and foreign between the ages of 18-40 • We partner with some of the most influential international and domestic brands in China including Heineken, Weibo, Doubanand Renren to execute the 4 Seasons concept
