Notifications • Performance/Progress Reports • Automatic Advance Email Reminder Notifications • 30 days prior to the progress report due date • 30 days after the progress report is returned for revisions • 30 days after the progress report is delinquent • Who receives email notifications: • Recipient’s Authorized Representative • Identified in the SF424 • Principal Investigator (PI) • Only if the recipient identified the PI in the SF424
How to Use • Submitting Performance/Progress Reports • Start with the Search Awards launch screen
How to Use • Click the appropriate Award Number
How to Use • Project’s Grant File is displayed. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view Progress Reports section. Click the ID link to the progress report you would like to complete.
How to Use • Click the Go to Performance Progress Report Details Page link. This page is where you can attach the progress report. • To upload attachments: • Next to Add New Attachment, click the [+] link • Click the Choose File button and navigate to the appropriate file • The Description data element is mandatory. Name the file. • Verify the correct Reporting Period – found under the Clarifying comments section • Click the Save Attachments button to upload file in Grants Online
How to Use • Initiate the Workflow, click the Save and Start Workflow button. A message displays asking the user to confirm the intent to proceed with the next steps in the submitting your progress report. • Click the OK button
How to Use • A task associated with this action is visible in the user’s inbox. • Click the View Link next to the Review Progress Report task
How to Use • The Performance Progress Report launch page is displayed. Depending on the user’s role that was initially provided by your recipient organization. The following options are available for the progress report submission: • Forward Progress Report to Agency • Forward the report to IOOS • Forward Progress Report to Authorized Representative • Forward the report to your organization for review prior to final submission • Return Progress Report for Revisions • View Progress Report
Submission Completed • The Progress Report is officially submitted when you see the highlighted message shown in blue letters. • The Completed Date indicates the date of the progress report submission date.
