  6. Rapid identitymulti-factor authentication • Single sign-on multi-factor authentication • One username and password for all applications in the web portal • Two factor authentication outside the network

  7. H:Drive gets renamed to onedrive • Files transition in native format • Accessible anywhere, anytime • No longer have to download and upload to edit outside network • Ability to edit in the browser window without downloading • Updates saved automatically while editing

  8. MS Exchange moves to Office365 • Additional mailbox storage • updated features, such as the ability to attach files without being in a specific browser • office 365 and sharepoint integration

  9. What the transition looks like . . . Once we have completed the transition of all applications, the access@APS web page will be retired.
