Why my business is slow? We do not know what we do not know, therefore, we pretend to know all. We think by sitting in a training-room is a waste of money, or indication of ignorance. We do not invest or re-invest in our business or personnel. We mislead, misguide, poison the team due to our own ignorance. Don’t know the importance of literature – supporting business building materials. Talkative talkers, but poor action takers. Hijack the business – pocket cash or products.
Attitude: Drives Behavior If you want to succeed at anything you need to have the right mindset. Is Infectious Your attitude is the first thing people pick up on in face-to-face communication.
