Quality Improvement and Social Work

This initiative aims to establish an Improvement Institute to foster a culture of quality improvement in health and social care. Emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement, the goal is to create lasting positive change from top-level management to frontline staff. Building on existing reports and recommendations, the Institute will provide tools and methods for implementing change with clear metrics and goals. Through collaboration and shared learning opportunities, the Institute seeks to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for patients, ultimately creating a sustainable culture of improvement in healthcare.
