  1. Maths will be taught in classes daily. Plans will be adapted according to the needs of the pupils, but will follow the new curriculum, as detailed below: Number and place value Addition and subtraction Multiplication and division Fractions including decimals and percentages Measurement Position and direction Properties of shape Statistics Maths Extra Support Mrs Nolan Mrs Buskell

English English will follow the new National Curriculum, based on the following themes: Term 1 – Hobbies Vikings Term 2 – Entertainment Space Term 3 – London Adventure This will include the skills of reading (with a focus on comprehension skills) and writing including grammar, punctuation and spelling skills.
