  2. Proposed investment project aims to construct a class B+ office center in the town of Khimki (Moscow region) in a new, rapidly developing district Novokurkino. According to expert opinion and performed marketing research contemporary office space is of high demand in this district, while amount of office space currently offered in the neighboring district Kurkino and in Khimki is insufficient due to undeveloped commercial real estate segment in the area.
