  3. What Is the “Tithe”? • The word ‘TITHE’ means Tenth. • Since this is the minimum amount mentioned in God's Word, we can deduce that it's the minimum financial commitment God expects from a believer…

  4. What Is the “Tithe”? • The TITHE is 10% of Income or Resources for one’s livelihood. Genesis 14:19-20 • Abraham gave 10% of his spoils to the Priest of God

  11. Who Receives the “Tithe”? • The ‘TITHE’ was to be used for (5) distinct Purposes. • To Feed the “PRIEST”from the Tribe of Levi… Numbers 18:21-24 • The Priests in Scripture wouldbe equivalent to Church Staff, Pastors and Ministers, missionaries, and those serving in ministry vocationally.
