  6. Mail/Instructor Updates • Students use Mail to email instructor in WebCT • Instructor uses Instructor Update bulletin board to post messages to class • Students can respond to postings • Students can ask for assistance from Instructor and/or other students

  7. Course Survey • Allows students opportunity to rate course • Completely anonymous
