System-Level Promising Practices • Findings indicate that effective delivery of cessation services require: • A setting that provides multiple services • Written policies and protocols • Written intake procedures • A tracking system to identify obstacles to treatment • A feedback loop and tracking system • A brief intervention on the part of health care providers • Project staff training and buy-in • Client follow-up services
