HDPEpondlinersareingreatdemandinaquacultureforsomeofthereasons listedaboveand,therefore,contributealottowardsfishproductivityand welfare.Hereishow: WaterRetention:HDPEhasgivenawaterproofliningthatensurestheabsence ofseepagelossofwater.Atsteadylevelsofwater,stabilitymaybeachievedin fishponds,henceofferingastableenvironmentforfishtothrivein. TheusageofHDPElinerskeepsthesoilfreefromcontaminationandlimitsthe entryofpollutants.This,therefore,ensuresbetterwaterquality.Healthyfishes meancleanwaterthatdecreasesthediseasesandriseingrowthrates. EasyandSmoothPondManagement:Themanagementofthispondis smoothwithlinersmadefromHDPE,whichiseasiertoclean.Itcanbeeasily maintained,whichcontrolsthegrowthofalgaeandotherunwantedentryof organismsinhealthyfishecosystems. StrengthandLongevity:HDPElinerscontainmaximumUVradiationsalong withchemicalandphysicaldamageresistances.Therefore,replacementisless, anditresultsinlessercostandlabourinthelongrun. Bettertemperaturecontrol:ThelinersprovidedbyHDPEcanregulatestable watertemperatures,whichissomewhatcrucialinthemetabolicactivitiesof fish.
