Homework: Your Assignment • Engage the LED maturity assessment tool to try understand each of the 33 KPIs • Select 1 municipality, and based on various conversations with the LED unit, score the municipality utilising the scale provided • List the questions, your score, and your explanation for why you chose the relevant score (all 33) • Use the colour coded powerpoint slide, and colour code the municipality according to your 33 scores • Write a 1 page report about your observations and possible recommendations for improvement.
