  1. Hydroquinone 4 Melalite Melalite Forte Cream 4% Hydroquinone 4% cream (De tan cream) Melalite forte 4% cream is a topical cream that contains an active compound named Hydroquinone 4 melalite. It was discovered by a German chemist in 1843. Hydroquinone 4 melalite is compound widely used by photographers to produce black and white photos and films. Melalite Forte is a combination of two medications Glyceryl Mono Para Amino Benzoate and Hydroquinone. It is used to reduce the production of Melanin which causes browning of the skin i.e tanning caused by long exposure of the skin under the sun. Higher the production of the melanin in the skin more the brown color of skin. It is widely used in treating age spots, dark spots, detain the skin, hyperpigmentation.
