The 4 I’s • Intellectual Simulation • He created what people wanted before people even realized they wanted it • Worked closely with his team and encouraged them through a participative leadership style • Individualized Consideration • Encouraged his team to pursue new ideas even if they often failed • Continued to challenge and push his team members out of their comfort zone
