  6. Chief Promoter and Principal Dr. K. Udaya Kumar Dr. K. Udaya Kumar has had his education from reputed institutions like Indian Institute of Science. The government of Yugoslavia funded his research while he pursued a Doctorate degree in Computer Science.

  8. Key Achievements of Dr. K. Udaya Kumar Instrumental in securing Rs.17.35 Crore grant from World bank under Technical Education Quality Improvement Program for Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology. Delivered guest lectures in Finland and many other Indian Universities on numerous occasions. Authored several textbooks. Published a number of papers in National and International Journals. Guides M.Tech. and Ph.D. candidates.

  9. Short Term Goals set-up by the Governing Council for AIT-B Pass percentage of more than 90% in first year irrespective of the quality of students. Obtain ISO certification in 2014. Establish Research centers in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 2014.

  10. First Semester Results of December 2013 Only college in VTU with 100% passes in CSE and ECE. Only college where all CSE and ECE students passed with First Class / Distinction. All students improved by 12% over their PUC marks. A student with 53% marks in PUC with CET rank of 58413 scored 84% in First semester. She missed 20th position only by 20 marks!

  11. Long Term Goals set-up by the Governing Council for AIT-B Start PG programs from 2017. Start Research centers in Engineering Departments from 2017. Admit People of Indian Origin students from 2017. Obtain NBA accreditation in 2018. Accreditation by ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) of USA in 2020.

  25. Library Well stacked library. Students issued 6 books, one for each subject. Students get to keep the books for an entire semester and return it after the semester ends. Online journals available. Well qualified and experienced Librarian.

Placement and Higher Education Training Faculty members and the Governing Council of Adarsha Institute of Technology have a good rapport with the industry top brass in India and the USA to help in placement activities. Scholarships at entry to AIT-B to CET students Recognizing Toppers: Top 5 students (2 from Computer Science, 2 from Electronics and 1 from Mechanical Engineering) joining AIT-B, immaterial of their CET rank get Rs. 15000 scholarship. This scholarship amount of Rs. 15000 is continued for the next year, provided the awardee scores > 80% marks.
