Holocaust Day – Hannah Senesh • Born in Hungary, 1921 • Moved to Kibbutz S’dot Yam in 1941 • On March 14, 1944, she and her friends were parachuted into Yugoslavia and joined a partisan group • She kept a diary until her last day November 7th 1944 • Hannah Senesh was not only a soldier but also a poet
