Swedish Transport Administration Vision: Everybody arrives smoothly, the green and safe way Is responsible for the long-term planning of the transport system for road traffic, rail traffic, maritime shipping, and air traffic Is responsible for construction, operation and maintenance of the state road network and national railway network Works for accessibility in public transportation through for example award of public service obligation contracts on national level Rules on questions regarding state grants to the maritime shipping sector
